Higherlevel GmbH was founded in 2001 as a seminar organisation and implementation company with the aim of optimising quality and sustainability in the in-company training and further education of our customers. Extensive competences of the lecturers, new pedagogical approaches such as business games/simulations as well as state-of-the-art digital support services during the seminars quickly increased customer and participant satisfaction and ensured learning success. Thus, in our 20th business year, we can look back on a large number of participants and customers whom we have been able to accompany on their learning journey.

The managing director of Higherlevel has been working with trainees and students in dual studies for over 20 years and is also active worldwide in the field of further education for industrial groups. As a trained industrial clerk, he studied psychology and business administration at the Free University of Berlin. The application of modern teaching methods in his seminars ensures sustainable learning success to the satisfaction of clients and seminar participants.
He is also a lecturer at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
Markus Classen
Senior Trainer | Coach
He has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach for over 25 years and is a long-standing partner of Higherlevel. His focus is on leadership development, entrepreneurship, project management and agile working.
In addition to his degree in economics (with a minor in management and organisational psychology), he is also a certified coach and Scrum Master. Methodically, he likes to work application-oriented with business games and simulations. He travels worldwide as a trainer and consultant for our clients.
He is also a lecturer for universities of applied sciences.
Jana Weißleder
Senior Trainer | Coach
She has worked as a trainer, consultant and coach for over 20 years and been in cooperation with Higherlevel since 2009. Her work focuses on business administration, business modelling, innovation and LEAN management.
In addition to her studies in business administration and organisational psychology, she is a trained systemic coach. Through her international project experience, she has specialised in international management training as well as virtual training and workshops.
Furthermore, she is active as a lecturer for colleges and universities.
Tim Petrusch
E-Learning Autor | Junior Trainer
Following his successful graduation in cultural and media education at the University of Applied Sciences Merseburg, he supports the Higherlevel team as an e-learning author and media education consultant in the field of digital teaching.
He also works as a trainer in the further education sector for companies.
